Fax us:

• A copy of your two most recent paycheck stubs
• A copy of your most recent bank statement (no more than 30 days old)
• A copy of a blank, VOIDED personal check
• A copy of your driver's license or state issued I.D. card

Step 3:

We will:

• Review your application once we receive your faxed documents
• Notify you by phone or email of your final approval or denial

Step 4

Once you have been approved, we will advance you the cash you need overnight via an electronic transfer to your checking account. On your payment due date, the amount owed will be automatically electronically removed from your account.
